前に観たニュース番組内のミニドキュメントで、ADHDの女性（30代前半くらい？）が取材されてた。

日常の仕事っぷりを追ってるんだけど（たしか広告のCG関係）、やっぱりメモしまくりでもミスしまくり
でも、上司の男性（40歳前後）がすごくて、ADHDの知識は無いんだけど
フォローしたり自力で頑張らせたりしながら面倒見てる。
すごいなー、こんな風に仕事ができたら、させてもらえたら…　と思って観ていたら、
最後の方で、彼女が一生懸命上司にADHDとの接し方に関する本を読ませようとしてた。
でも上司はそれを拒否。
彼は「出来ること・出来ないことを本の知識で刷り込まれたら、
君に新しい仕事を振れなくなる」と言ってた。
でも彼女は笑いながら取材スタッフに「いつかは読んでもらおうと思います」だって。

分かってないんだよね、上司は言外に
「出来ないことを最初から諦めて、周囲も仕事させることを諦めて、
その状況に胡坐をかいて努力をしなくなるのはどうなん？」って言ってるのを。
